Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled Swing Stage Rigger/ Labourer to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various onsite projects by performing a wide range of manual tasks with precision and enthusiasm. Duties

- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials for daily tasks
- Perform general manual labour such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials safely and efficiently
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing tools, materials, and assistance as needed during construction or maintenance activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site to ensure safety standards are met at all times
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including wearing protective gear and reporting hazards immediately
- Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision, ensuring proper usage and maintenance




- Contribute to the timely progression of projects by completing assigned tasks with energy and attention to detail

Skills

- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward assisting others on-site
- Positive communication skills to understand instructions clearly and report issues effectively
- Ability to follow safety procedures meticulously to maintain a secure work environment
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment; certification or experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements
- Reliable attendance record with a positive attitude toward hard work and punctuality
