Job Summary:

We’re looking for a passionate, reliable, and energetic Martial Arts Instructor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate can follow our structured curriculum, connect with kids, and grow both personally and professionally—potentially into a leadership or partnership role.

Responsibilities:

- Teach engaging Taekwondo classes for kids ages 3 to 12 following our curriculum.
- Create a fun, safe, and respectful learning environment.
- must have good humor and understanding emotional intelligence.
- Encourage and motivate students while maintaining discipline and focus. using methods and curriculum provided to you.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, teachers, and team members.
- Be consistent, punctual, and reliable in all scheduled sessions.

Requirements:

- Drive between class locations-- Will be paid for your driving commute!
- Part time or Full time,




- hours are flexible and classes happening between 9:30 am to 5 pm.
- teaching martial arts background and willing to learn a lot and take action (Taekwondo preferred).
- Passion for working with children and creating positive energy in class.
- Great communication skills and sense of humor.
- Reliable transportation( must have a car) and willingness to travel between locations.
- Growth mindset — eager to learn, improve, and possibly take on more responsibility.
