Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles to transport freight and goods across various routes. This role requires a solid focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining compliance with all transportation regulations.

Candidates with skills in forklift operation, heavy equipment handling, and automotive repair are highly valued to support operational needs.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate trucks for the transportation of freight and goods to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, records, and documentation for each trip.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery schedules and issues.
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety procedures,



and company policies during operations.
- Assist with warehouse duties, including freight handling and inventory management when required.

Requirements

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a CLEAN driving record.
- Experience in commercial driving, freight transportation, or related fields preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of automotive repair or troubleshooting skills is a plus.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening as part of the hiring process.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
