ACT Cleaning is looking for hardworking and decidated individuals to join our team for longterm employment.

We are seeking experienced residential cleaning Team leaders who will lead teams of 2 to 4 people through the scheduled day including transporting the team from point A to point B to point C(travel is paid from our central office)

Our company services all sectors of the professional cleaning industry including but not limited to Airbnb cleaning, residential cleaning, office cleaning, janitorial cleaning, post construction cleaning, interior/exterior windows cleaning.

TEAM LEADER TRAINING IS PROVIDED BUT CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE PROFESSIONAL 'RESIDENTIAL CLEANING' EXPERIENCE and MUST possess great attention to detail. All interview candidates will be tested on their attention to detail by being asked 3 questions.

Duties

-Lead teams of 6 to 7 people, give instructions to other workers, check other cleaners work, report to superiors, attend paid training sessions.

-High quality cleaning of various cleaning sectors.

-Give high attention to detail at all times.

-Bending and moving frequently through the day.





-Driving from one work location to another through the work day.

-Carpool in your own vehicle with ither workers to drive from one work location to another throughout the day.

Pay: $21.50-$23.50 per hour
