TSR Consulting is currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Architect for a hybrid opportunity in Toronto, ON OR Halifax, NS

Role: Technical Architect

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Toronto, ON OR Halifax, NS (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and modern technology solutions for a Financial Services / Capital Markets environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise architecture, cloud and microservices design, systems integration, and data platforms and a proven ability to deliver scalable, secure solutions that modernize technology stacks and enable measurable business outcomes.

Required Skills:

- Experience in software/application architecture or distributed systems.
- Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Capital Markets is required.
- Strong experience with microservices and distributed system architecture.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud architecture.
- Hands-on experience with: Python, TypeScript / Node.js, MongoDB, REST APIs / JSON, Docker / Kubernetes, Jenkins / DevOps, GitHub, Linux, and Windows.
- Experience with enterprise systems and data integrations.
- Understanding of SSO, Data Masking, DLP, BYOK, and enterprise security.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data mesh/fabric, scalability, and performance.




- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
