Scarlet Security & Risk Group (SSRG) is seeking experienced Security Alarm Technicians to join their team in Burnaby, BC. These professionals will focus on commercial intrusion alarm systems, ULC installations, and troubleshooting. What You’ll Need





- Minimum 3 years of experience servicing and installing commercial security alarm systems
- Strong knowledge of intrusion alarm systems and alarm monitoring
- Experience performing ULC inspections and working with ULC-listed monitored systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience programming commercial alarm panels
- Understanding of low-voltage wiring, relays, power supplies and supervised circuits
- Basic IP networking knowledge
- Valid BC Security Worker Licence and/or applicable Security Alarm Installer qualification
- Valid driver’s licence
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb, and work at heights
- Willingness to work indoors or outdoors, including construction environments, and in confined spaces
- Ability to participate in after-hours/on-call service as required

What Will Make You Stand Out

- Experience with commercial alarm platforms such as DSC, Bosch, Ademco, Honeywell, DMP or similar systems
- Experience with ULC monitoring requirements, commercial fire monitoring, cellular/IP communicators and monitoring-station coordination
