Duties

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting our offerings with clarity and enthusiasm
- Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign strategies and target audiences for more effective outreach




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, overcoming objections, and ensuring positive experiences during calls

Experience

- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales roles, preferably with technical or business solutions
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers effectively
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and marketing strategies that drive business growth
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms to manage customer data and track sales activities
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus for reaching diverse markets
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume calls while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
- Customer service experience that emphasizes active listening, problem-solving, and relationship building
