This Telecommunications Sales Associate position is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in sales. No previous telecommunications or sales experience is required. You'll receive hands-on training and daily support while learning how to speak with customers, understand their needs, explain available services, and build valuable sales and communication skills.

As a Telecommunications Sales Associate, you'll represent Ignite Internet, TV, and Home Phone services through face-to-face customer interactions. You'll help customers learn about available options and find services that fit their everyday needs.

Key Responsibilities of the Telecommunications Sales Associate

- Meet with customers in person and introduce Ignite Internet, TV, and Home Phone services.
- Learn how to explain products and services in a simple, friendly, and easy-to-understand way.
- As a Telecommunications Sales Associate, answer customer questions and help them understand their available options.
- Assist customers with the enrollment process and make sure information is entered accurately.
