Duties:

Under the direction of the Physical Therapist and/or Occupational Therapist, you will treat, instruct or work with clients carrying out therapeutic activities prescribed by the Therapist. You will also be responsible for maintaining the department and rehabilitation equipment.

Qualifications:

Therapist Assistant Diploma (2 year program).

Experience in a rehabilitation setting is desirable.





Experience working with a geriatric and/or disabled population is essential. You are a strong communicator able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English. You also have excellent interpersonal skills in addition to effective leadership, observation and reporting skills. You must be physically capable of performing lifts, transfers and other physical activities as required by job duties.
