Responsibilities

- Remove, install, balance, and repair tires efficiently using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires and wheels to identify damage or wear that requires attention.
- Perform routine maintenance on tire equipment and ensure all tools are well-maintained and organized.
- Assist customers with selecting the right tires based on their vehicle needs and driving habits, providing excellent customer service.
- Lift heavy tires safely during installation or replacement to meet safety standards and prevent injury.
- Maintain accurate records of tire services performed and communicate findings clearly to customers.




- Support the team in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.

Skills

- Proven dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, especially related to tires and wheels.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and tire-changing equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a physically demanding role.
- Experience with automotive maintenance, including tire rotation, balancing, and alignment is a plus.
- Sales aptitude to assist customers in choosing appropriate tire solutions based on their needs.
