Parking Busters Ltd. is hiring an experienced Tow Operator/Driver.

We are looking for an operator who can step into the truck and tow independently.

SIGNIFICANT — PLEASE READ

Previous tow truck experience is REQUIRED.

This is NOT a training position. If you do not have previous hands-on tow truck experience, please do not apply.

THE JOB

- Patrol private properties and enforce parking restrictions
- Tow unauthorized vehicles when required
- Enforce fire lanes, accessible stalls, loading zones, emergency access areas, and registered parking requirements
- Safely secure, tow, and transport vehicles
- Use towing equipment such as dollies, Go Jacks, and winches
- Complete towing documentation, photos, videos, and reports using a cellphone
- Communicate professionally with residents, property managers, vehicle owners, and dispatch
- De-escalate situations professionally when required
- Assist with snow removal, parkade operations, lot maintenance, line painting, and safely removing vehicles from parkades
- Perform basic truck and equipment checks
- Work independently in various weather conditions

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous tow truck experience — REQUIRED
- Ability to tow independently
- Comfortable using dollies,



Go Jacks, winches, and other towing equipment
- Valid driver's licence and acceptable driving record
- Strong towing and equipment knowledge
- Mechanical aptitude
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps
- Professional communication and de-escalation skills
- Available for scheduled day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts
