Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely towing vehicles to designated locations. This position offers an opportunity to work in a agile environment and assist individuals needing roadside assistance.

Duties

- Respond to service calls promptly and efficiently
- Safely load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck
- Use of mobile phone dispatching application to accept and complete jobs
- Secure vehicles properly for transport
- Provide excellent customer service to clients in distress
- Perform basic mechanical assessments on vehicles when necessary

-Private property impound

Qualifications

- Must have a valid BC Driver’s License (minimum Class 5)
- Basic knowledge of the area
- Basic mechanical knowledge would be an asset
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and bend, twist, reach, climb stairs,



stand for long periods, and walk on uneven terrain
- Available to work flexible shifts
- Applicants must be able to accommodate the work site
- Candidates may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen, get a background check,k and provide driving abstract

Experience

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (preferred)
