Pierce Hill Snow Removal Inc. is NOW HIRING – Experienced Tractor Operators!

We are looking for motivated, skilled, and reliable Tractor Operators to join our winter operations team for the 2026–2027 season.

Work Area: Barrhaven

Contingency Pay: $600–$700 per week, paid every week throughout the season

Season: November 1, 2026 – April 1, 2027

Position Responsibilities

As a Tractor Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a John Deere 6m110 tractor equipped with a snow blower to transparent residential driveways throughout the winter season.

Requirements

- Proven experience operating tractors
- Experience with snow removal using a tractor is an asset
- Valid G2 driver's licence and clean driving record




- Reliable and available during winter storm events
- Ability to work overnight, early mornings, weekends, and holidays when required
- Safety-focused and dependable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing quality service
