McKinley Horticultural Services Inc. is looking for a reliable and experienced Tractor Operator to join our snow removal team for the upcoming winter season in London, Ontario.

The successful candidate will operate a tractor equipped with a snow plow to transparent commercial properties, parking lots, and condominium sites during snow events. This is an on-call position, and operators must be available for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays when required by weather conditions.

Previous tractor, heavy equipment, or snow removal experience is preferred. Applicants must be dependable, safety-conscious, comfortable working independently, and able to respond promptly when called in.

Responsibilities include:

- Operating tractors and snow plows safely and efficiently
- Clearing parking lots, drive lanes, and other assigned areas
- Following assigned routes and site-specific instructions
- Performing basic equipment inspections before and after shifts
- Reporting equipment issues or site concerns
- Maintaining a high standard of snow clearing throughout each event

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
