Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials to and from job sites, ensuring the secure and efficient operation of the dump truck. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial driving regulations and the ability to operate heavy equipment while maintaining high safety standards. Responsibilities

- Safely operate a dump truck to transport materials such as gravel, sand, and dirt to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment, including wheel loaders, excavators, skid steers when necessary.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies while driving on public roads and job sites.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including freight documentation and vehicle maintenance logs.




- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
- Perform basic automotive repair tasks as needed to ensure the truck remains operational.

Experience

- Previous experience as a dump truck driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required.
- Experience operating heavy equipment is essential, with a strong understanding of safety protocols.
