If you’re a heavy-duty equipment mechanic, hydraulic mechanic, automotive mechanic, marine mechanic, crane mechanic, elevator mechanic, hydraulic technician or millwright with a few years of experience we want you to join Falcon Equipment! We are hiring heavy duty mechanics (apprentices 3rd level and up) in our Surrey Install shop. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Install truck equipment and body components on chassis and completed vehicles
- Mechanical assembly and installation of aftermarket vehicle equipment
- Install hydraulic systems, components, and hose routing
- Perform basic to intermediate electrical installations and wiring
- Read and interpret build diagrams, schematics, and installation instructions
- Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues
- Conduct final testing and quality inspections
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work effectively both independently and within a team environment

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of related experience with heavy equipment installations and/or maintenance
- Solid mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems and read schematics




- The ability to maneuver in and around heavy equipment
- The ability to work independently
- Your own tools
- Hydraulic and electrical experience and knowledge is a definite asset
- Welding experience and welding C Ticket are a definite asset
