Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Manager to join our team at HAP Transportation Group Ltd. In this role, you will oversee shop operations, ensuring that our fleet is well-maintained and ready for service. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily shop operations to ensure efficient workflow and high productivity.
- Supervise all maintenance and repair activities for vehicles and equipment.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to schedule timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage parts and inventory control.




- Train and mentor shop staff on best practices for vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Train new employees on diagnostic procedures and tools.
- Implement strategies to reduce shop operating costs while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience in automotive repair and/or fleet maintenance operations.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and repair manuals.
- Customer-focused approach when working with staff and drivers.
- Experience using shop management and maintenance software.
- Red Seal Mechanic certification required.
- Strong diagnostic skills, including experience with aftertreatment systems
