About the Opportunity

Are you ready to take ownership of a high-profile Total Rewards initiative that will shape the employee experience across the United States? We are recruiting for a US Retirement and Savings Programs Specialist to join a collaborative HR team within a large organization. This newly created position offers the opportunity to lead the launch and ongoing administration of a US Employee Share Purchase Plan while serving as a trusted subject matter expert for retirement and savings programs.

Working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, executive stakeholders and external vendors, you will play a key role in delivering compliant, employee-focused programs that support thousands of employees. Your Responsibilities

- You'll lead the implementation and ongoing administration of the US Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP),



partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a successful launch and ongoing delivery.
- You'll act as the internal subject matter expert for retirement, equity savings and 401(k) programs, providing guidance to HR, Payroll and employees.
- You'll oversee retirement compliance activities, including regulatory filings, audits, non-discrimination testing and legislative requirements.
- You'll support mergers and acquisitions by evaluating retirement and equity program impacts, coordinating integrations and developing compliant processes for newly acquired employee populations.
- You'll collaborate across Payroll, Finance, Legal and external service providers to resolve complex issues, improve processes and ensure operational excellence.

Skills and Qualifications

- 3 to 5+ years of progressive experience administering or leading US retirement, ESPP or employee equity compensation programs.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Employee Share Purchase Plans, stock administration or employee equity programs, with implementation experience considered a strong asset.
- Robust knowledge of US retirement plans, pension legislation, IRS compliance requirements and regulatory reporting, including 401(k) administration.
- Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions,



including retirement or equity plan harmonization and integration activities.
- Proficiency with ADP, SAP, SuccessFactors or similar HRIS and payroll platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative approach and the confidence to work with senior leaders, cross-functional teams and external vendors.
