About the Opportunity

Hetmos Group is expanding its venture-building activities and is looking for experienced professionals and entrepreneurs interested in developing new businesses alongside the Group.

We are particularly interested in profiles with robust expertise in technology, finance, B2B services, or digital transformation who can identify opportunities, develop a clear business proposition, and take an active role in bringing it to market.

Candidates may bring their own business concept or contribute to opportunities already identified within the Group.

Areas of Interest

Our current areas of interest include fintech, M&A; technology, legaltech, regtech, proptech, HR tech, insurtech, core banking, accounting automation and BPO, wealth management, data and AI applied to professional services, B2B marketplaces, and cloud infrastructure.

We also welcome projects outside these areas where there is a strong strategic fit with the Group's existing activities and international network.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for experienced professionals capable of taking ownership of a project from concept to execution.

You should bring strong knowledge of your market, a commercial mindset, and the ability to engage directly with early clients and partners.

Profiles may come from entrepreneurial, executive, investment, technology, finance, or business development backgrounds. Previous experience launching, scaling, or managing a business is particularly relevant.

Collaboration Model The opportunity is structured around active participation in the development and ownership of the new venture. The precise structure, responsibilities, investment framework, and equity participation are defined according to the project and the profiles involved.
