Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and efficiently manage appointment scheduling to optimize clinic flow
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing clear information and scheduling appointments with enthusiasm
- Assist veterinary staff with animal handling, basic clinical procedures, and laboratory sample collection
- Maintain accurate patient records, update medical histories, and ensure confidentiality at all times
- Keep the clinic environment clean, organized, and well-stocked to promote safety and efficiency
- Educate pet owners on post-treatment care, medication administration, and preventive health measures
Requirements
- Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred; but fresh candidates welcome and training provided
- Strong communication skills with an energetic and positive attitude
- Ability to handle animals safely and compassionately in various situations
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for record keeping and task management
