- Collaborate with engineers on project mandates and deliverables
- Facilitate communication within a multidisciplinary team
- Ensure maintainable design and effective maintenance programs
- Outline project scopes and develop work structures
- Oversee consultant integration with in-house teams Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus 15 years of experience
- 5+ years managing technical teams in multidisciplinary settings
- Certification with a Professional Engineering Order required
