Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide clear instructions on game options and how to enjoy the VR experiences safely and confidently
- Assist guests with equipment setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensure proper use of VR gear
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gaming station, equipment, and common areas to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety
- Monitor gameplay closely to ensure adherence to safety guidelines and address any guest concerns promptly
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, including POS handling for game sessions or merchandise sales
- Promote upcoming events, special offers, or new game releases to enhance guest engagement
- Manage sale of merchandise at the in-house store
- Handle regular game session and party enquiries and bookings
- Manage large groups and birthday parties,



from welcome and VR gameplay to checkout and cleaning up after.

Marketing & Social Media
- Capture photos and videos of the store, events, and customer experiences (with permission).
- Create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media channels.
- Post regular updates promoting events, specials, and new experiences.
- Assist in developing creative ideas to increase community engagement and attract new customers.
- Respond to basic social media inquiries when required.

Skills

- Experience working with children and understanding their needs to create a positive experience
- Strong presentation skills to confidently explain game rules and safety procedures to diverse audiences
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that makes guests feel valued
- Guest services experience with the ability to handle inquiries or concerns professionally and efficiently
- POS handling experience ensuring accuracy during transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality principles to deliver exceptional guest experiences and foster a welcoming atmosphere
