Creighton Rock Drill Ltd. is a family owned and operated company serving the mining, construction, drilling and aggregate industries. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Mississauga.

This is a hands on and varied warehouse position. You will be involved in shipping and receiving, inventory, order preparation and customer interactions. You will work both inside and outside and have the opportunity to learn different parts of our operation while working closely with a great team.

What You’ll Do

- Accurately prepare and complete customer orders for delivery or pickup, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling and shipping.
- Receive incoming products by unloading, inspecting, counting, labeling and placing them in the appropriate warehouse locations.
- Inspect products for defects or damage and report any issues when necessary.
- Organize warehouse stock and help maintain accurate inventory levels to support customer needs and order fill rates.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe while making effective use of available space.
- Work closely and communicate with supervisors, coworkers and customers.
- Operate a counterbalance forklift and reach truck safely and efficiently.
- Follow company procedures, quality standards and safety requirements.
- Follow all company health and safety policies and regulations.
- Look for ways to improve warehouse processes and make day to day operations more efficient.
- Be dependable, punctual and ready to contribute as part of a team.
- Perform other warehouse duties as required.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving experience is an asset.
- Experience operating a counterbalance forklift and reach truck is required.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.




- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities.
- Ability to safely lift and move warehouse materials as required.
