KBC Tools & Machinery is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our Mississauga team. This is a full-time, day-shift position, Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day — offering consistency, stability, and a strong work-life balance. You’ll work in a clean, well-organized warehouse where staying busy and thinking ahead are part of the job.

Your day will include picking orders using an RF scanner, packing and shipping customer orders, receiving and putting away inventory, performing cycle counts, and tackling a variety of hands-on warehouse tasks. We value people who notice issues before they become problems, think outside the box, and take pride in doing things right — not just fast.

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate has 1–2 years of warehouse experience and a strong attention to detail. You’re comfortable being on your feet all day, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.



You communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written. Experience with RF scanners is a plus, but if you’re computer-literate, quick to learn, and enjoy figuring out new systems, we’ll train you. Forklift certification is a plus!
