Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will support day-to-day warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and general warehouse organization.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who works well independently, has good computer skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role provides an excellent opportunity to build experience in warehouse distribution, logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

- Load, unload, and safely move materials and products
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with shipping and receiving, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory management
- Use Shopify to track inventory, process orders, and maintain documentation
- Use computer programs such as Google, Microsoft Excel, and Word for warehouse-related tasks
- Safely lift and move materials and products weighing up to 50 lbs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow established warehouse safety procedures and protocols
- Assist with general construction, repairs, maintenance,



or other tasks required to maintain the warehouse
- Perform other warehouse duties as required

Requirements
- Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience is preferred
- Comfortable using computers and software, including Google, Excel, Word, and Shopify or similar platforms
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and inventory management
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to take initiative
- Valid driving licence required

Work Setting This is an in-person, hands-on warehouse position. The successful candidate should be comfortable with physical work, lifting, moving materials, and assisting with general warehouse maintenance as needed.
