Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to enhance productivity and morale.
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations.
- Oversee inventory management accuracy through regular cycle counts and data analysis skills, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Manage safety protocols by conducting regular inspections and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with purchasing and supply chain teams to coordinate procurement activities and optimize warehouse distribution.
- Utilize computer skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other online platforms.




- Maintain excellent communication with internal teams and external partners to support customer service excellence and order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with packaging standards, shipping regulations, and warehouse safety policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workflow data and implementing best practices for process enhancement.

Experience

- Proven supervisory or team management experience within a warehouse environment is a big plus.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and warehouse management systems.
- Experience with supply chain operations, inventory control, order picking processes, and logistics coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement projects using analysis skills to identify efficiencies.
- Knowledge of forklift operation (certification preferred) and heavy lifting safety procedures.
- Bilingual abilities in English and French are highly desirable for effective communication across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with 3PL providers, e-commerce fulfillment processes, packaging standards, and purchasing procedures is advantageous.
