Our AMJ Calgary location is currently hiring for a Warehouse Team Lead position to support our growing operations.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: AMJ Calgary

Wage: $23/hour

Responsibilities and Duties

- Lead and supervise a team of up to 8 warehouse staff
- Begin each day with a team meeting and maintain attendance/sign-in logs
- Oversee daily loading and unloading operations (with occasional physical assistance)
- Ensure proper inventory management and accurate shipping/receiving logs
- Identify, report, and document damages according to company protocols
- Prepare and deliver reports for customers as required
- Schedule warehouse staff and manage daily workflow
- Order and track warehouse supplies
- Maintain compliance with all safety protocols and warehouse standards
- Answer calls and be available for urgent matters outside of regular hours

Qualifications and Skills

- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs+
- Forklift certified (required)




- Driver's license
- Proficient with computers, including Excel, Word, email, and RAMP systems
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to pass a City of Calgary Police background check
- Safety training required; WHMIS and First Aid/CPR certifications are an asset
- Must wear high-visibility gear, steel-toed footwear, and hardhat

Schedule

- Monday to Sunday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- On call (may require physical presence)
- Availability: Must be available 7 days a week, including statutory holidays
- On-call availability is expected (24/7 for emergencies or urgent support)
