Must be a RECE, For School Age can be OCT, Child and Youth Worker First Aid & CPR - C Police Check - Vulnerable Sector Clearance (within 6 months) Current Record of Immunizations Safe Food Handler Training - an asset Demonstrate a commitment to Professional Development





Roles and Responsibilities related to licensing and collaboratively working with Child Care Team Ensure that the program complies with all Ministry of Education requirements Understanding and implementing How Does Learning Happen? Ontario’s Pedagogy for the Early Years Complying with Way To Grow Daycare Inc.’s Policies and Procedures Roles and Responsibilities related to daily practices Ensure the child care centres’ setting meets health and safety standards Encourage and support active family involvement Establish and maintain a collaborative working relationship with colleagues

Develop and maintain a warm, caring and responsive relationship with every child, group of children, parents/caregivers and others Adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of practice by recognizing professionalism and balancing one’s personal and work roles Contribute to the operations of Way To Grow Daycare Inc
