Arabeez Creative Learning is pioneering a more engaging approach to Arabic education and growing its team. We are looking for a practical, resourceful Weekend Program Assistant who wants to jump in, spot useful improvements, and help turn positive ideas into finished work.

This is not a narrow desk role. You will work closely with the director on the practical details that help our weekends run better—from preparing spaces and materials to completing small creative and organizational projects. We care more about judgment, initiative, and follow-through than a perfect résumé.

What you’ll do

- Set up and reset classrooms and shared spaces.
- Prepare, organize, label, and restock materials and supplies.
- Help improve displays, learning spaces, and simple weekend routines.
- Take clearly agreed small projects from idea to completion.
- Notice practical gaps, suggest sensible improvements, and communicate what is finished or blocked.
- Help the team with other hands-on weekend priorities as they arise.

Experience in education, camps, events, retail, hospitality, organizing, décor, or hands-on projects can help, but it is not required.
