Your Opportunity:Description:As a Working Leader - Environmental, you will be responsible for monitoring and directing the day-to-day workload of the Environmental Services department and ensuring maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies. Your typical duties as the Environmental Working Leader may include developing and maintaining staff schedules; assigning and checking work of the Environmental Services department; assisting with equipment breakdown investigations and providing recommendations for repairs; and coordinating quality assurance functions. Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Physically capable to walk and/or stand for the duration of your shift, and perform repetitive physical movements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous cleaning experience preferred. Experience performing cleaning duties in a healthcare setting would be an asset.
