Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Contract Yard Worker to help maintain and clean up our property and yard. This is a hands-on outdoor position involving general yard maintenance, property cleanup, and keeping our facility and surrounding areas clean, safe, and presentable.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working outdoors, can work independently, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable with physical, general maintenance tasks.

Duties

- Trim and maintain grass, shrubs and weeds around buildings
- Weed and maintain landscaped and gravel areas
- Clear weeds, shrubs, brush, debris, and garbage along fence lines
- Pick up and remove garbage and general yard debris
- Assist with general property cleanup and maintenance
- Load, move, and dispose of materials and debris




- Perform other general yard and property maintenance duties as required

Qualifications

- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good attention to detail and pride in keeping the property clean
- Comfortable user power tools such as weedwackers and hedge trimmers

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 – 32.0 per week
