Compensation & Scheduling

Compensation: 50% commission split.

Compensation is based on completed treatments. Actual earnings depend on appointment volume, treatment duration, and applicable service fees.

This is a part-time independent contractor opportunity with the potential to develop a consistent caseload.

We are currently seeking applicants with availability on one or more of the following days:

- Tuesday
- Thursday
- Friday
- Saturday
- Sunday

Who We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

- Registered Massage Therapist licensed and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Valid professional liability insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safe, ethical, and patient-centred care.
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Willingness to collaborate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate.

- Experience or interest in sports massage and rehabilitation.
- Training in Fascial Stretch Therapy, cupping, or other relevant modalities.




- Experience treating active individuals or athletes.
- Interest in community outreach, workshops, or patient education.
- Additional language skills.

Your Role

As an RMT at MVPR Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Providing safe, effective, evidence-informed massage therapy.
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Educating patients about their treatment and recovery.
- Supporting continuity of care through appropriate follow-ups.
- Collaborating and cross-referring with other healthcare professionals when clinically appropriate.
- Maintaining professional standards and a welcoming treatment environment.
