Marketing & Content Coordinator – Medical Aesthetics

Rosa Aesthetic Clinic is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing & Content Coordinator with previous experience in the medical spa / medical aesthetics industry.

Responsibilities

- Create and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, Rednote and other platforms
- Film and edit Reels, short-form videos and treatment-related content
- Plan social media calendars, promotions and marketing campaigns
- Create captions, graphics and before-and-after content
- Assist with email/SMS marketing, influencer collaborations and clinic events
- Monitor basic marketing performance and help drive new client bookings

Requirements

- Previous medical spa / medical aesthetics marketing experience is required
- Robust content creation, photography and video editing skills




- Experience with Canva and social media platforms
- Strong communication, organization and attention to detail
- Fluent English required
- Bilingual Mandarin and English is a strong asset

Position

- Part-time, approximately 24–32 hours/week
- Mix of onsite and work-from-home hours
- Compensation based on experience
- Performance bonus opportunities available

Applications without relevant medical aesthetics experience will not be considered.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 32.0 per week
