Join our team as a Cleaner and play an important role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for our clients. Our work includes a variety of residential, commercial, and construction-related cleaning projects, from routine cleaning and maintenance to more detailed cleaning when projects are nearing completion.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position for someone who takes pride in their work, works efficiently, and can maintain a high standard of quality throughout the day.

Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, window cleaning, and general detailing.
- Clean and maintain offices, kitchens, washrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Perform detailed cleaning on residential, commercial, and construction-related projects as required.
- Use cleaning equipment, tools, and products safely and efficiently.
- Remove and properly dispose of waste and follow recycling procedures.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any safety hazards, damage, or maintenance issues.
- Follow cleaning schedules, procedures, and job-specific instructions.
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Follow all applicable workplace and construction-site safety requirements.

What We're Looking For

- Previous professional cleaning or custodial experience is preferred.
- Experience with commercial,



residential, or construction-related cleaning is an asset.
- Experience with professional window cleaning is a strong asset.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently once trained and given direction.
- Good time-management skills and the ability to complete assigned work within scheduled hours.
- Skilled and respectful when working around clients, contractors, and other trades.

Physical & Work Requirements

- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
- Ability to regularly bend, kneel, reach, climb stairs, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including active or recently completed construction sites.
- Must be available to work early morning day shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle is preferred, as employees may need to meet for carpooling or travel to different job sites.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
