At JBS Equipment, we are dedicated to manufacturing top-of-the-line agricultural equipment and are a rapidly growing company based in Mission, BC.

We are seeking various skills of Welder/Fabricators to join our team. Drop off your resume in person, and if able we will initial interview you on the spot!

Shifts:

- Days - Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm
- Afternoons - Monday to Thursday 2:30pm to 1am

Responsibilities:

- Perform MIG welding on metal parts and assemblies.
- Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG welders and other fabrication tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any welding-related issues that arise during production.
- Operate fabrication machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain welding equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Help ensure the team meets production quotas and deadlines.

Requirements:

- Experience is an asset, but we welcome those that are newer to the trade.
- Required to supply basic set of tools and rolling tool box within 30 days of employment.
- Skills in welding, measuring, cutting, shaping and assembling metal components.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings is required.
- Set up and operate a variety of fabrication machines, including saws, presses, shears, and welding equipment.
- Required to supply basic set of tools and rolling tool box within 30 days of employment.
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and best practices.
- Reading and interrupting complex blueprints, work orders, and specifications is an asset.

Physical Requirements:





- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for exact welding tasks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

The starting wage ranges from $24–$35 per hour, with our later shift receiving a $2 premium. However, with experience, company growth, and tenure, there is potential for higher earnings.

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
