Position Summary The Tenant Community Relations (TCR) Coordinator promotes positive tenant relationships while ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act, lease agreements, and Camponi Housing policies. This position requires strong judgment, initiative, professionalism, and leadership potential to support safe, stable, and successful tenancies.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to tenant inquiries and provide information on housing, programs, and community resources.
Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including orientations, lease documentation, key distribution, and condition reports.
Investigate tenant complaints, lease breaches, and tenancy issues.
Prepare notices, applications, evidence packages, and supporting documentation for hearings.
Attend Office of Residential Tenancies (ORT) and Court proceedings as required.
Process lease renewals, rent calculations, and arrears.
Promote tenant retention through education, referrals, and support services.
Balance compliance, tenancy stability,



and enforcement while protecting the interests of tenants and the landlord.
Maintain accurate tenant files and records.
Prepare reports and contribute to community initiatives and operational improvements.
Demonstrate leadership, sound decision-making, and the ability to coordinate priorities within a team.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act is an express requirement.
Robust communication, conflict resolution, documentation, and organizational skills.
Experience preparing matters for hearings and maintaining detailed case files.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage competing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Yardi.
Valid Saskatchewan driver's licence.
