Research Associate Analyst

We are looking for a Research Associate Analyst to join our Capital Markets Equity Research Team in the Merchandising & Consumer Products sector. This role will report directly to the Merchandising & Consumer Products Research Analyst in our Toronto office. This position requires an ambitious and self-motivated individual who is comfortable in ambiguous, demanding and rapid-paced environment.

Your role

- Analysis of financial statements and the valuation of domestic and foreign companies




- Development and maintenance of financial models
- Industry & market research and collection and maintenance of industry and company data
- Evaluation of additional information from the financial press, corporate, industry and alternative sources
- Assist in writing and editing research notes, reports and analyst presentations
- Communication with institutional clients, management of companies under coverage and equity sales staff
