Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the incumbent is responsible for overall global total rewards management, benefits, pension plan management, for both unionized and non-unionized personnel,



as well as all regulatory disclosure processes related to compensation as a public company.

They play a strategic role in the development, updating, and governance of fair, competitive global compensation policies aligned with business objectives. They directly contribute to talent attraction, retention, and engagement by developing competitive compensation structures adapted to the strategic plan and organizational context.
