Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic (Millwright ) to join their team on the AFTERNOON SHIFT . The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance and safety protocols, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Stayner, ON

Shift: 3-11:30pm + paid OT

What's the Job?

- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues using blueprints and schematics.
- Set up machinery for production runs and ensure proper functioning.




- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and safety standards.

What's Needed?

- Experience in preventive maintenance, machine setup, and machine maintenance in a manufacturing setting (GMP preferred)
- positive balance of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of millwright skills and ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to work independently on the shift
- Millwright license (an asset)
- MUST PASS a Criminal background check clearance (CRC)
