TD SYNNEX Canada is seeking a strategic and results-driven sales leader to lead our Mid-Market East & Central Commercial Sales organization, overseeing a business approaching $750M in annual revenue. As Director, Sales, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth, strengthening customer and partner relationships, developing high-performing sales teams, and executing TD SYNNEX Canada's commercial sales strategy across the region. This role provides an prospect to lead a significant business, influence key customer and partner relationships, and develop the next generation of sales leaders.

Key Areas of Accountability Business Leadership

- Lead the Mid-Market East & Central Commercial Sales organization and deliver revenue, margin, and profitability objectives.




- Develop and execute sales strategies that accelerate growth and increase market share.
- Utilize market insights and business analytics to identify opportunities and drive performance.

Customer & Partner Engagement
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors.
- Drive customer retention, business expansion, and partner-led growth initiatives.
- Represent TD SYNNEX within the Canadian technology and channel ecosystem.

People Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Managers and Client Executives.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer success.
- Build leadership capability through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.

Strategic Execution
- Translate company priorities into actionable sales plans and business strategies.
