Associate Brand Manager, Beauty Division

Job Description:

This Associate Brand Manager position reports to a Brand Manager and will assist on multiple tasks related to various brands. Duties include a combination of administrative, project management and specialized assignments. The associate will be expected to facilitate the progression of projects as well as multi-tasking and flawlessly executing multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain brand calendars, presentations, line lists, order forms, product training and merchandising launch plans
- Facilitate marketing, field and merchandising materials by coordinating requirements with multiple departments;
inventorying stock;
placing orders;
verifying receipt etc.,
- Execute creative briefings for various creative needs (retailer flyers, print advertising, online/e-commerce initiatives, merchandising requirements etc.)
- Assist with Canadian ready marketing layouts (copy development & proofing)
- Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, advertising;
maintaining research databases
- Supports marketing staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts,
