Summary

The Business Office & Supply Chain Director is a senior leadership role accountable for integrating customer program management, business office operations, site manufacturing execution, and global end-to-end supply chain strategies within a large or complex site setting. This role maintains total business and operational responsibility for delivering world-class customer execution, driving financial performance (revenue, PCM, cash cycle, and cost reductions), and leading multi-departmental indirect functions including program management, materials, planning, purchasing, warehousing, logistics, engineering, and quality.

Serving as the primary senior leader interface with strategic customer leadership, the Director investigates and resolves complex, high-impact operational and supply chain challenges. This role requires participation in corporate strategic planning,



sets multi-site operational policies, drives Lean/Six Sigma initiatives across extended supply chains, and ensures robust internal controls and regulatory compliance.

Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

- CFT & Business Office Strategic Leadership: Directs a multi-functional Customer Focused Team (CFT) comprising Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Purchasing, alongside extensive manufacturing operations required to deliver customer business commitments.
- End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Directs site-wide and multi-SCM functions including, internal parts flow, international logistics, import/export regulatory compliance, non-production purchasing, and inventory control.
- Financial & Operational Performance: Accountable for complete financial performance (P&L;, pricing, service billing, A/R, PCM, and cash cycle optimization). Establishes and manages operational budgets, financial forecasts, capital investments, and cost-reduction programs.
