We're seeking a dedicated Equipment Operator to join our composting operations team in Arthur, ON. In this hands‑on role, you’ll operate a range of heavy equipment that directly supports sustainable waste processing and organic material recycling. From bulldozers to portable grinders, your work will play a vital part in creating eco‑friendly outcomes every day.We are looking for a full‑time candidate on the afternoon shift (Mon–Thurs, 3:30 pm–2 am) and also a candidate for our weekend shift (Fri–Sun, 6 am–6 pm), reporting to the Compost Shift Supervisor. The starting rate is $26.00/hr moving to $28.26/hr after 1 year of service.What You’ll Be DoingOperate heavy machinery such as wheel loaders, bulldozers, skid steers,
