We are seeking a creative, strategic and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead a range of large-scale projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong design sensibility, project leadership skills, and deep understanding of the interior design process from concept to completion. The Role

Lead and manage project timelines, scheduling and budgets to ensure project quality and creative vision are met.

Supervise and mentor junior and intermediate designers, providing direction, feedback, and support throughout various project phases.

Represent the firm in client presentations and meetings, demonstrating clear communication, professionalism, and leadership.

Conduct site visits to review progress, address issues, and ensure design integrity is maintained throughout.

Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors throughout the design and construction process.

Oversee material sourcing,



specifications, custom millwork designs, and finish selections, maintaining vendor relationships.

Requirements

7+ years of interior design experience

Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to communicate confidently with both clients and collaborators.

Proven ability to lead projects independently from concept to completion, including managing budgets, schedules, and design teams.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Experience conducting site visits, managing installations, and resolving on-site challenges to uphold design integrity.

Robust organizational and time-management skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Ability to collaborate daily in person at our Yorkville, Toronto office.

A valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.
