We are looking for a

Service Coordinator

to join our great team at our Winnipeg Branch for a

temporary contract

running

from October 2026 through January 2028 .

Total compensation between $55 000 and $65 000;

Salary based on experience plus end of contract bonus;

Responsibilities

Proactively monitoring service agreements;

Coordinating appointments with clients;

Scheduling technicians for various service calls;

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the computer system;

Processing warranty claims, as required;

Ordering and tracking parts for work orders;

Providing excellent customer service and contributing to customer loyalty;

Promoting the company’s products, services and professional image.

Qualifications





3 to 5 years of experience in a Service Coordinator or similar position;

Post-secondary education; technical or mechanical training is considered an asset;

Strong communication skills by phone, email and in person;

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team;

A high level of motivation, initiative and organizational skills;

Solid multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure;

Proficiency with Windows and Excel; experience with POS systems and Microsoft Dynamics AX is an asset.
