Valid Business Registration Valid GST/HST Number (Ontario) or GST/QST Registration (Quebec) Current Commercial General Liability Insurance Reliable transportation Own cleaning equipment and supplies Experience in post-construction or turnover cleaning preferred Quebec Contractors Must Also Provide: Valid NEQ (Numéro d'entreprise du Québec) Current CNESST registration and proof of compliance, where applicable Proof of CNESST coverage or exemption, as applicable Certificate of Insurance confirming coverage in Quebec Ontario Contractors Must Also Provide: Current WSIB Clearance Certificate, where applicable Compensation Competitive contract rates Bi-weekly
