I’m currently partnering with a client in the industrial distribution sector that is looking to add an experienced Outside Sales Representative to their growing team.

This is an opportunity for someone who understands distribution, enjoys being out in the market and has a strong track record of developing customer relationships and growing a territory.

There is also a strong succession and growth opportunity within the team, making this a excellent fit for someone who wants to build their territory and take on greater responsibility over time.

What you’ll be doing

- Develop and grow a territory through new business and existing customer relationships
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and gross profit within the territory
- Build strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers
- Prospect, visit and develop new accounts




- Manage a large and diverse product portfolio with thousands of SKUs
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive the right products and solutions
- Take ownership of territory performance and contribute to the continued growth of the business

What they’re looking for

- Experience working within industrial distribution or manufacturing is a must
- Proven outside sales and territory management experience
- Comfortable working with a large number of products and SKUs
- Mechanical engineering background is an asset
- $65K base salary + quarterly commission based on gross profit growth
