You’ll play a critical role in driving projects from concept through commercialization while partnering with cross‑functional and cross‑site teams to ensure successful delivery aligned with customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and operational goals.What You’ll Be Accountable For:Project Leadership & ExecutionLead cross‑functional and cross‑site teams in the successful execution of capital projects, new product launches, technical transfers, and operational improvement initiativesDevelop, execute, and monitor project plans to ensure projects are delivered on scope, on schedule, and within budgetProvide regular project updates and communicate progress related to scope, schedule, risks, and budget to key stakeholdersSupport new product launches through PLT, PQ, and technical transfer activities aligned with customer commercialization timelinesCustomer & Stakeholder CollaborationServe as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and successful project executionTranslate customer requirements into detailed technical specifications and actionable engineering deliverablesBuild strong working relationships across Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Operations,

designation and Lean Manufacturing certifications are considered solid assets5+ years of progressive experience within pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments in a project leadership capacityStrong understanding of pharmaceutical or medical device packaging processes, equipment, and technical transfer activitiesProven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects from planning through execution and commercializationExperience working with regulatory agencies including Health Canada, FDA, and Ministry of Labour requirementsStrong technical problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to apply data‑driven decision‑making and industry best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholdersStrong organizational and project management capabilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource planningFlexibility to work extended hours or weekends when required to support customer needs and project deadlinesTotal RewardsWe’re offering a competitive compensation in the range of $90,000 – $125,000 per year.
