About The Job

My Legal Partners (MLP) has opened up applications for the position of associate for legal contracts in their office!

Eligibility

- (i) Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, and enrollment with the Bar Council of India (BCI) is a requirement.
- (ii) A strong background in contract drafting, negotiation, review, redlining, risk assessment, legal compliance and legal research with 1 year of experience.
- (iii) Prefer candidates with prior work experience with law firms or litigation in court





Responsibility

- (i) Advise on corporate lending, project finance, and general corporate legal matters.
- (ii) Draft, review, and negotiate documentation relating to lending and financing transactions.
- (iii) Assist business teams in transaction structuring and execution.
- (iv) Provide legal support to internal stakeholders, including business and credit teams.
- (v) Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, service agreements, and other business contracts.
- (vi) Support risk mitigation and regulatory compliance initiatives.
