Key Responsibilities:
• Professionally respond to inquiries from shoppers
• Maintain detailed knowledge of stores and events
• Cultivate relationships with retailers and users




• Engage in creating memorable customer experiences
• Support administrative tasks and gift card transactions
Requirements:
• Proven customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Flexibility to work at least three days a week
